Pay What You Can

This company was founded with the aim of providing physical therapy differently, helping people reach their health and fitness goals, and explore their movement potential.

 

We do not believe anyone should be unable to get quality care or instruction because of financial difficulty.

Therefore, we implement a Pay What You Can model for services at Tempest Health And Wellness. 

​

Our current standard rate for physical therapy is $110 / hour 
Training, instruction and coaching is $90 / hour.

​

In cases where both you and your provider agree that it is a good client-therapist or trainer / trainee fit but the standard rate is outside of financial capacity, we are happy to discuss what pricing options would be a better fit. This includes the price of sessions, remote sessions, and spacing out sessions or payments.

No financial documentation or statements are required, and the discussion surrounding fees can be had one-on-one, person to person, and can be had again as needed as circumstances change.

Insurance for Physical Therapy services:

We do not currently work with any insurance companies including Medicare and Medicaid. We can provide statements / superbills for out-of-network PPO services.

Insurance companies have specific guidelines regarding what can be done during treatment, and how it must be documented in order for the provider to recieve reimbursement. We feel that this creates barriers to care for both patient and provider.
